ok guys please tell me how to

up defense of fort or nigma
up defense of normal armor

You cant Up the defence on an already made fort/nigma.

1 Tal Rune + 1 Thul Rune + 1 Perfect Topaz + Normal Body Armor = Socketed Body Armor of same type. i think this how u get 3k+ forts.

ya i think u gotta up the armor b4 u fill it w/ sockets lem+ko+pdiamond will do that;)
