i chose 3 qualified members to fill 1 slot
all three bring a different aspect to the position
and every singe one of them has earned the right to wear that tag

altho i say this without any wavering of personal bias
you will be subject to a demotion if i feel you are not respecting the rank and acting accordingly

Why would yours ever be higher than his?
