Also if anyone has objections with anyone I have said NOT to kick, please brign them up with me and we'll discuss them.
Once we have done some serious removing of members we will no longer be allowing public users.
Only way we will get new members in the guild will be by invitation, and they HAVE to be aproved by me+one other co-leader/rank lower then co-leader.
Also there will only be two co-leaders, chosen by me. They will be Swmarwij and Antzmasta
The co-leaders themself, will have one person working under them, who will be chosen by the co-leaders(Which will be swmarwij and Antz)
The people under the co's will have all powers except power to edit ranks+edit members.
The way people progress through ranks will be different as well. You will progress in ranking by how you show your loyalty to the guild. If you hop from guild to guild constantly then obviously you will not be deemed as a loyal member. If you have been with us and have helped us out for a long time, you will be happy with your rank.
There will be no more guild hopping. Once you LEAVE the guild on your own, you're out for good. There will be no more "I'm mad so I'm going to leave the guild and come back when I'm calm". Those days are over.
If you are kicked from the guild, depending on WHO has kicked you; then the reaosning you was kicked will be evaluated by me, the co-leaders and a chosen person from the co's(meaning 5 people will take a vote on if the reason they was kicked was justice or not).
If we feel that it wasn't a worth reason for kicking them; you will be asked to come back and we will talk to the person who removed you to get your opinion.
These are the major changes I am making that I can think of at the moment; if anyone else has any suggestions to these changes please let me know.
