The ranking depends on how active you are, to be honest. Stay active with this account in guild chat etc, and you will get that upgrade, but we don't really want to jump new accounts to high ranks so soon (I know you've had an account with us before, but that one's join date to the guild was earlier than this one's). That's as far as I know anyway, you can also ask Josheide ofc.
