been workin out a lot lately
did the 24 or 20/10 workout today
its a killer

do pushups for 20 secs and 10sec rest and repeat for 8 sets
then do the same for lunges, situps, burpees, squats, lunges and chin ups
doesnt seem hard...but its hard...cuz u get nooooo break cept tht 10secs each thing
then do conc. curls right after and ur arms are already dead from burpees and pushups and chinups its even worse

throw in some bench press

it feels nice
then sprint 20 steep hills after school for rugby practice...

I just realized I have training tomorrow at 8am till 11am then work from 5pm to 10pm while in-between all of that I going to "fight" and workout with a friend.

This summer My brother, two/four friends and I are all working out.
One just joined the Marines and other is in Seal Training so when they come back from bootcamp we're training with them.
In the mean time It's just My brother, my friend patrick and I. Sometimes we invite some other friends...

Edit :

For Lunch/Dinner I had
3/4 of a Rack of Ribs
4 Slices of White Bread
Glass of Water
2 Cooked Apples

lol you'll MOST LIKELY be stronger than cory and bryson?? cuz they're really skinny and scrawny but then again so are you...you all should be around the same in lifting ^^
