You really shouldn't drop weight like that btw...do very light curls and forearms to warm up bi's then go up from there...
Usually you should say start with 25 then to 35 then to 40? something like that...
you shouldn't lower the weight unless you're training to failure in which case you'd use say a 40(or heavy weight) for as MANY reps as you can with good form maybe even a few negatives afterward, then rest 45 secs then lower to a 30 or 35 for example and failure like that again. or you could pyramid down if you want to decrease weight.. like 40's 4 times, 30s 6 times..etc something like that
Well this is what I was doing...
15-20Lb's and didn't notice much, so I asked a friend at school he told me to do 25.
So I did 25lbs since Feb, then when my brother got home from college he said he had 15lbs more in this room so we added it.
After two days of doing that I just droped down to 35lbs. Not a big issue really.
