30 ibs? pounds? anyways from what you said a month ago or something seems like your diet is pretty good. just do cardio. there are 2 kinds of cardio that work better than any others, fasted cardio or HIIT. fasted cardio is in the morning before you eat anything drink anything w/e you go running, low intensity for about 30+ mins.
HIIT is very intense and is the best form but it's hard, you run FULL speed for like 10+ish secs i forget the exact time ill get back to you on that but ya do that you'll be wore out! then go to a verry light jog-fastish walk for around 30 secs then repeat with the sprinting full out etc etc...do that for like 10-15 mins you'll be SO tired but it works the best
