DDSSpec WILL not be allowed to have the custom rank he wanted, NOR will they have power to edit members, ranks, or kick members.

The RS Division has original power it was intended to have in the begining, the same as the D2.

runescape said he was fucking with other members ranks and shit and with his rank, so runescape changed it.

its not about the rank joe, its about the fact he has no right to edit ranks/members witout asking, everything i did while i had any power was asked/known by you.
