I was TRYING to get to Ladder Slasher! So proxies don't work, since Flash doesn't respect proxy settings, and any other easy fix you'd like to suggest, I've probably tried. I eventually resorted to connecting to a VPN hosted out of Japan, which seems to work just fine. Again, all credit to przy, cause he's the one who put me onto this solution.

indeed. i could forge my own custom out of metal but thats gonna be heavy most likely even if its thin. trying to avoid that. and wood is another possible if carbon fiber is unavailable/too expensive but you can only make wood look so good so trying to avoid that too...
