Also - for ranks I decided the following.

Once people donate their 50 fg (for their slot) they get upgraded to Obama's Cabinet

People who haven't donated their 50 fg - remain in the Secret Service

And of course - anyone who donates 250 fg gets a custom rank (they can continually change it as often as they want as well)
