i Use the hue/sat. then i set to Colorize. it works most of the times.

i dont like colorize
when i need to change the color of sumthing
i make a gradient map n set it on hue and if it isnt enought nice i duplicate the gradient map n set it on overlay n reduce opacity

cuz colorize makes it looks monotone
it desaturate the pic then add sum color to it

Yeah... the saturation is at 25. i change it ~.~

when u click on colorize
it will automatically desaturate all the color
then add a new one
it would give u same result if u desaturate the picture
than fill a layer with red
then set it on color n move the opacity
thats wat make it monotone
