The number side, 3 something is like a zebra skin pattern.

The other side, i think its like a flower and then the flower heart its some sort of aura / wave

i had a skateboard befor it was all white with sum black zebra's stripe n few shit on it were pink

Strictly paint. Ok well if it gets too hard then do your best with paint and add on with photoshop but if you can create something just from paint then I'll give props. I'm talking about with the tablet ;P

it comes with the tablet a pen and few cd to install a program so it works properly etc
the tablet is a reproduction of ur screen, if u click in the top left corner, it get ur cursor automatccaly in the top left corner of the screen etc
u can have million of settup for pen pressure in Ps with a tablet
makes the stroke fade away or make it have a texture when u press hardly on it etc etc
