IMO: If your really wanting to. I personally if I were back in the states would rather go to a club or buy a couple cases of beer and shoot some pong.

If you need the 3,000fg for something, and you can afford to let 100$ go. Sure why not.

meh, not really worth it imo
if you find someone who sells fg for money (like a black market jsp trader) the ratio is 10$ for 1k fg
i've never done it myself, i wouldn't risk it
but just knowing that makes me not want to do regular donations
