go look at #1 guild theres members from 08 that got outranked by call me traitor when he joined in july so i guess they do it wrong too its like this in every guild

so whats the fairest system? because join date doesnt intice me at all because someone could be doing tons of things for the guild and they didnt join right away so they dont get a top rank even though they are doing much more then anyone else.

i think the best system is at the guild leaders discretion on who does what for the guild
