was no big loss I got at least 1-2 PMs every week about him raging over something last night he raged in thread over the fact he missed out on tourney yet I seen him looged on friday when there was still several slots left in tourney.
I pmed him that he needed to chill out and and strongly suggested he edit his post .... well he edited out the worst of the rage and then left guild... saved me the trouble of having to kick him because I had every intention of doing just that

Woah I just read what he wrote and if that was the nice side of it I'd hate to see what he edited out. :S

Seems like a simple solution would just be for him to have someone else (like steve) register him in once the list goes up if there is no way he can be on in time.

you missed the part where I seen him logged on when there were still spots left in tourney. He had PMed me the week before complaining so I waited till later to post the signup sheest and then checked several times and seen he had been logged on. then sunday 3 more spot opened up in tourney and he could have signed up then ... even if he had signed up as an alt he would have been able to compete in toyrney we had to round somebody up at the last minute.

IMO this had nothing to do with tourney he just used that as an excuse to raise hell and leave guild because he didnt have the nads to just come to me and tell me he wanted to switch guilds

Sometimes I get on jsp just long enough to see if I have/had any pms or pressing issues and don't have the time to make any posts.



Maybe if ppl are busy during the week and can't sign up they can auto sign up to be an alt, make the alt list bigger to accommodate this? I jsut hate to lose good melee people due to missunderstandings! Albeit Militia isn't that far away! it's not like he joined some rando guild like Younha or something

youre missing the point if this was really about the tourney he could have gotten in if he wanted 3 people pulled out sunday even if if he had signed up as an alt he would have been in... he signed up as an alt last week and we needed him but he was nowhere to be found at tourney time we ended up with a 6 person tourney last week and having to round up sombody not even signed up this week to get a full room
this was not about the tourney!

And as Far as " Militia" is concerned ... about half their guild are former "Melee" Members
but at least most of the people that defected over there had the curtosey to Pm me and tell me what they were going to do Instead of starting some fake rage as an excuse to leave
