Also, can other classes then soul breader summon 2 pets?

Rp sucks until 95+10 and any pet class can dual summon scept gaia (evoker)

is there a timer or something?

Creature controll + summon creat = dual summoning and yes there is a timer

but with a soul breeder they can keep the summon out up to 1minute its kick ass ^^
