bint at work ofc ^^... todays job was to. 2 guys picking up a 70 kg stone... he pullede it out and i had to grab the end by twist my back alittel to get a grip on it. then then lift it togeher down a 3 stepped spanish stair with a 45 step down, from 11-4... and my shoulders and back had alredy some issues before we startede lift those ^^
