Haii, my floorball team sux. But I guess I gotta stay here since the senior team is top division, the same with juniors

You cannot say that your team sucks man, If they struggle you have to struggle with them and pull them up.
Team spirit is something that makes the game more smooth and functioning so being negative doesn't help the team!

Just a tip from a junior team couch

I'm like my coach, positive talking with the team, negative talking with others ^^

In the car we always talking the players etc ^^

You are on the right track then my friend I always try to inspire my team and 9/10 times it works !

A compliment after success or a little cheer up if they fail at something makes them more like team players since they forget their own mistakes and it also feeds their hunger for success

You missed the day when he was mad about being coach the same day as he had many exams ^^

Well I don't see anything bad in getting some money for playing floorball and "teaching the future your tricks" so to say as I make them better players grow their self-confidence and build up a team that can have fun and succes
