Hello @ all AoD-Members,

There were recently some changes in the Guild Points Rewarding System of our Guild. However, both the leaders and the Slashers are not really satisfied with the new update so we thought of a totally new method.
Let me first sum up the recent changes to see why a new update is necessary:

• As the older members of AoD know, there used to be a reward of 75 fg per MQ ~ this is totally impossible at the current trend. We calculated that Marc, if the current trend would remain and some Slashers pass their MQ´s and play beyond "Feeder-classes", would be broke in ca. 6 Months.
• Therefore we tried to reduce the reward to 50 fg per Guild point which is not effective enough as well. Imagine 3 Ladder Slashers passing from Monk to Ninja (10 GP´S) 1500 fg. If someone passes with Alchemist and resets Ladder it would be 100 GP´s equals 5000fg. This is absolutely impossible.
• Our 3 rd solution was a reward for the 2 first MQ-Attempts only! 50 fg for the 1st and 75 fg for the 2nd, regardless of the GP´s earned. This has been rejected by the Slashers.

Now we thought of a new system!

Well, AoD really appreciates each GP earned and supports needing Slashers, yet we are not a LS-Guild only which is willing to pay a set amount fg per point. If you are really interested in that you may leave AoD and get happy with a pure LS-Guild. However, those who decide to remain loyal have to be honored in a special way, since they work not for themselves only but for the AoD-Community as a whole. They represent our guild and improve its reputation at the most vital ranking sytem here at jsp which, on the long run, benefits every member of AoD. Sooner or later AoD will be a well respected and known guild which makes every Member of it the same.
The few who are working on our GP-Amount have, unfortunately, a hard time from time to time. Ladder slasher requires a few investions at the beginning until you settled yourself and established there. Slashing effectively can make you both, earning a lot of GP´s and getting eventually wealthy enough to finance it on your own.To get there, every AoD Member whom is possible to help, is appealed deeply to help those who help the community.
Here I want to introduce the "AoD Ladder Slasher Donation Pot / Slasher Fund Raising System"
This Pot will be the source of new rewards for slashers who need help to play LS effectively. It will be financed solely of voluntary donations of every Member who wants to "throw something in the Pot"

Q: Do I have to donate Fg?
A: No, its totally up to you!

Q: Would I be less respected if I dont donate?
A: No worries - you wont, neither if you cant donate nor if you are not willing to!

Q: Who gets the Fg?
A: Good question! The new system is not as simple as the old where you got a certain amount per GP. You can now apply for a donation of that pot. If you apply you will be scanned whether you deserve it at all and how much your share of the Pot is.

Q: Do you mean that I transfer Fg to you guys and you randomly give it out to Slashers just because of your own evaluation.
A: Well we try to be as just as possible. There are some requirements to apply to the new "rewarding sytem"

• You have to play Ladder Slasher and preferably not just started it recently but already attempted ONE MQ on your own!
• You may not have more than a rough amount of 500 fg or Ladder Slasher Equip with a value of over 1000 fg or a mixture of both (LS-equip will be evaluated by me. I claim to be able to do that quite accurate)
• You have to spend the donated on LS only [proof must be available], however you may spend the fg that you made due to the new investions on things you like to

Q: So I send the Fg to Toby? How am I supposed to know that he does not use it for his own purposes? (this question is for Jelle & Slothy-boy)
A: Noobs! I will of course post every update on the Pot immediately, whether it is output or input! You will always know the exact transactions connecting with this pot. I am just the administrative institution.

Q: Is there a min. Amount that I have to donate?
A: No! EVERY contribution is highly aprreciated!

Q: Will my donation viewed at the charter?
A: Yes, of course - it is like a guild donation and you will have the same rights as if you donated it directly to the guild (rank update)

This is it for now! All questions are directed to me please! All donations to the Pot are send to me with the subject "AoD LS Pot"! I will start off the Pot with 500 fg. Hopefully I can post some further donations into it soon ! And for those who think that they can apply for the pot to improve their GP-earning - please do it in the Guild Thread or Ladder Slasher Thread! This Pot is viewable for everyone - transparency shall be given!
