believe me im the same way, the inside of my case looks clean as fuck n everythin, n the best way to ground urself is to keep ur arm on ur case while u work or just constantly touch ur case while installing, or u would need a rubber mat to place ur comp. stuff on, as well as under ur feet, or get the wrist strap that connects to ur comp.

all i did was put everything on my rug (i know lots of static) but i was constantly touching my case n kept all my parts on top of their boxes so they never actually went near the rug, n yea, worked fine

I just leave my psu plugged into my case and the wall outlet so it is grounded. I turn it off ofc.

but u cant do that if u dont have ur psu so i was throwin out the options that u could choose from lol, n imo, just constantly touch ur case, or keep ur arm on ur case while u work, cuz constantly touchin ur case is just as good, just keepin ur arm on the case, assures u that it will be grounded
