different gear more mf/less mf ...

at least using the same char everyone would be equal in the competition.. everyone would have the same advantages and disadvantages..

If the contest was like that all of it would be based on luck.

I think we should be able to use different characters for more customization and the capability of buying better gear so you can win with your own character.

People should be allowed to use their own mfers if they want to... O_O And why would we need spotters?

i dont think either of you are seeing the whole "fair" aspect of my point of view.. a completely perf mf'er compared to a poor mans mf'er.. :\ theres no competition in that.. it just gets to be more for showing off than anything.. and this is just MY opinion.. wether you accept this as an opinion or not doesnt matter.. it really all comes down to the induvidual and their point of view on the competition..

Ok so for the guild 2v2 tourney we should all take turns duelling with the goods chars too?

The gear is part of the competition. If you're poor, then don't join. Take it into this view: Do we take turns with good characters @ pk as well?
