fix the channel?

not pointing any fingers at anyone, but since somebody was allowed back in channel to run and given flags, the channel is flooded. I have heard rumors of somebody threatening to flood channel. can we get this fixed.
I think that only 2 or 3 people should have access to the bots; this way origins can be pinpointed. Im sending a ss of it to blizz to see if they will delete or ban the account. Any input on this? I do not want it to affect the channel or bots...
