Ok Since the tals sorc idea is in flowing motion agian.. Im looking for up to 6 people to test tals sorces with me.. im not gona do this half assed..
I have a blizzer, and i can test orb with my old 09 orb sorc.
I know FB'rs are a strong class..
Im not looking for people to make these 2 for the TESTING!! (in ladder ofc u can do what u want), Im looking to exploit sorces weakness and powers..
Also with this all in mind im basicly looking at the lite class.. I want ES to be part of the Tals sorc duels since its so much a part of being a sorc. but it needs to be fair and evenly balnaced im stay sturn on ES is max lvl of 1 if we use it... its so ezly pre-buffed outsight that a lvl 1 retrsiction me seems like if u wanna go ES then well u gota build 100% for it.. Heres where pre-buffing comes in I KNOW its not traditional BUT im thinking of allowing semi-pre buffing. By this i mean an ES stick.. lol maybe charms(being this could even lite sorces or make the over powereed HENCE testing idk whats gona happen)
basicly the idea with the ES is that i dont want sorces to be able to tank blizzs and fb's... its already gona happen so we cant have super powered sorces running about pre-buffing a crazy es..
Also along these ideas SOrb vs Non-Sorb... im thinking NO SORB at all just none.. maybe if es>vita to much vita can use one piece of sorb... and ES none.. from what ive seen vita sorces almsot need the sorb when dueling an es'r it kinda evens the field
Also NO BUGGED ITEMS... this isnt even gona be choice.. Its going the be the law of the duel.. No bugged tals,No bugged mana charms. No bugged items period rings boots none of it. < NOW legits and perm are allowed> im basicly limiting this to game created items only.. i dont want a bugged sorc entering this duel and thinking they are good for that.
ALSO no lvl cap on tals sorc duels... seth's ubers he has the right to limit how far u can go (its only fair) BUT remember there will be no lvl cap on tals event..

This idea has been bounced around for awhile now and being as i have a good idea of tals sorces and use one to pub with a lot drac asked me to kick one off.
SO here goes
My ideas on this. All sorc classes are open, I do mean all ive seen Lite Nova sorces wreck whole games as well as hydra and some other random builds. ( NO MELEE in this ladder, EX. Bear sorces, Bow sorcs, ect.)
Id like to open this up to ES and Vita and create a balance among the varietys of playing. And this is where i need you guys. my ideas on es are as follows
This is important to me so id like to work out some grounds of evenness for ES-Vita here so ideas go like this.
No lvl cap?? lvl cap?? idk here i think not b/c sorces are so diverse.
ES would be allowed, BUT only at a MAX LVL of 1. <- this is dude to the overpowered nature of ES with mana sc's.
Prebuffing of ES would be allowed BUT there would be no charm/gear swaping for the buff ONLY a ES stick (memeroy) SO basicly if u wanted to es ud have to use a ES stick... the other option is making u go out and buy a CTA-ES stick..S/s would be required to verify theres no swaping of gear or charms.
No Bmanas/Btals. Period end of story this is one rule im setting now for this ladder if im goingv to run it. its simple they are a BUGED ITEM and thus not allowed in my GM ladder. NONE end of story Admins of the tals event would be able to check this at any time. Agian s/s are needed to prove no swaping of charms. Other legit life-manas sc's are more then welcome.
No stacked res shield. Stacked res to me is 71 and Up, thus a 70 res tower sanc shield is GM in these duels. But stacked res monarachs(or any others) are not.
No absorb. None, no dwarfs no ravens no h-spurs, no wisps no ohms, no vexs, no gul no lo, NO SORB. tals packs enough res to be fine this isnt tank vs tank its caster dueling at its finiest. NOT EVEN ! sorb and ravens are nulled (dont say u need the dex.. idc lol)
Tals set is ofc required to duel.- Facets and res jewels WILL be allowed.
~Only real restriction on socketing tals would be the +res i think OHM, VEX, GUL, LO.~
IM GOING TO BE ISO a assistant or 2 to help with this. I have Dracs support and assistance in this ill need sum1 else to update ladders and such PM if your interested in helping.
