well, you won't reach the perfect ias with hoto / spirit, that's why the most of pvp trappers put 2 claws, 65 fc is enough on trapper ( helm 20 / 1 ring fc 10 / amu 15 fc / arach 20), and you must know that fade gives also a lot of dr, so a full dr stack is not necessary.
