you're right than

than search something with high def + dex (might life as bonus) as an armor and a dex (might with life) charm ...

just checked marketplace:
15 dex charm (lvl 0) 19,98
25 dex plate (lvl 15) 50

but not sure if it's worth to buy them xD

could sell you a lvl 25plate with 23dex for 35 .. (just lost some chars so trying to get some fg that's why i stopped loaning stuff 4 the first time :/ sorry! )

i have seen a armor with 17 dex much cheaper on the market

just on the market if you want to have it you can take it the fg you get back

the problem is that he is lvl 28 ? and he can't kill any mobs anymore .. ya know?^^

maybe a cata party will help you to lvl up ^^

lvl 29 now =) cant even kill a lvl 29 mob i think ;P
