In my opinion our guild needs serious improvements, and here are some ideas we could do about it.- Ranks
I think we should buy at least two new ranks to make me able to put everyone in a chategory that fits to him.
Being a slasher will not only mean that you have earned one or two guildpoints, it will mean that you are an active slasher and you are doing a master quest every 2 weeks.
Of course exceptions can be made when someone's busy (preparing for exams, or going on holiday) - but you'll have to let us know in advance that you'll be away.
We won't be strict, i promise, but surely stricter than now.
- Being active
We'd like to have an active guild, in which people not only come online once in a week for 2 minutes.
Exceptions, as above can be made here as well, but actually we do not need inactive members.
- Knowing each other
As I've mentioned, i would like a guild in which there are active members, furthermore a guild in which people know each other.
People who never post in the guild chat are not needed in our community.
It is beneficial for everyone - slashers can keep in touch here, and forum trollz can earn their +1's here.
- New system
We'll have to choose some people, i think 5of our members would be perfect, who are active, and reliable.
They will help Jason and me in leading the guild and making decisions like who to be our member, and who not to and what rank one should have.
This would make the guild more democratic.
They will get access to modify the ranks, kick members - but only if at least 3 of them agreed doing it.
Jason's and my word will be superior to their decision, so if they vote and decide to kick someone, but we do not agree with their decision, then the member can stay.
- The five
These people will be chosen by Jason and me, and about the more serious issues they'll vote.
When somone applies for the guild they'll vote. If one of them can not reason why the applicant should not be in the guild then his vote does not counts.
If everyone votes in favor of the new member, then the applicant will be our member.
If someone votes against the applicant, then he will be trial member for 15 days, after the 15 days are over, the five must decide whether allow him to stay or not.
If two of them votes against the applicant, the applicant will be trial member for 30 days, then the five will vote again, as above.
- What's persistent
Of course there are things which will not change. Such as our stance against scammers/locked members.
They won't be accepted, if someone gets locked/scammer tag, he/she'll be immediately kicked.
- Kick
If the five decides to kick someone and Jason and I approve it, we'll always explain why we did it. No exception.
Kicked members may rejoin the guild, but they'll have to go through the application procedure again
- Why am i kicked?
- for being inactive
- for locked/scammer tag
- for being accused of scamming, welching - whatever is it called - in whatever game. ( of course we'll investigate their case )
- flaming guild mates
To be honest. i didnt read it all. only read like, half. will read at another time
Going outside to ride ma bike now
