alright
1. lets say the lightning mastery is..... 500
2. then griffs (lets say its perf 25%) So thats about a 1/20th of 500
3. So ur dmg w/ a 500 dmg light mastery is 40k
4. then u put griffs on the light % adds about 2k dmg
5. then a 3/20 circ would be better off becouse each lvl of light mastery goes by about 12
6.Therefore Griffs suck
