ranking up isn't exactly the position you are on the list
it's the actual rank you are.
IE: no matter how much more productive one Crusader is over another, the one who joined the Guild earlier has the highest spot.
Requirements for promotion are on the first page of this thread.

My old sig looks like it was bigger then urs is now, nobody ever said anything!!..thay just haters...lol
