btw to all newer members, if you want to move up in ranks from Neophyte it is mandatory to either be extremely active/productive in guild chat and build a great relationship with the higher up members of the guild, but playing ladder slasher will allow for a faster increase in rank as working towards getting guild points shows that you want to help the guild.
