when I put these rules up for a Vote GMZ was actually #5 I think and my barb was #3 or something
Once the majority of people had voted on them I announced they would be going in Effect almost 3 Days before they were Applied and when they were applied GMZ was No 2
Also you Voted yes on both of the rules that were Passed so I dont understand why you seem to have a Problem now.

Yeah .. I almost never rule dodge right on the minute unless somebody is a habitual Dodger I usually allow a couple extra hours ... but I will rule on this pretty soon if not completed
