On another note (and hopefully to end the debate) I went ahead and checked out the Ladder Mix 1 thread: http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=32312893&f=147&o=2240

The first dodge starts on page 225 post 2242. Scroll through the next few pages and you can clearly see that Rugzy made a 2 person game in an attempt to dodge having a ref, then I made and publicly posted a new game in which 6 people other than myself sat in an bvb'd waiting for Rugzy to show for over an hour and a half.

Here are some other significant post #'s in which you can see the dodgings: 2351, 2406, 2428, 2433, 2435.

Post 2438 is Cha saying he sat in 3 games for over an hour each time. Post 2442 shows Cha saying that Rugzy was online and ingame each time. (Cha was NOT in Warriors at this time, mind you)

Post 2513 is Rugzy crying about me calling dodge and making up stories.

Post 2518 is Rugzy crying even harder and quitting because he dodged me.

I REALLY didn't want to go through all that shit, relive it, and post here, but I'm hoping this just ends all the bullshit in kmbvb guild chat. The new mix hasn't even fucking started yet, and Rugzy is already causing problems. We were all there to witness Rugzy's inability to follow or understand the rules as well as trying to constantly change the rules to suit his needs in the first mix (every single one of his posts shows that fact) and you can clearly see that immediately after he quit the ladder it was all fun and drama-free. Mix 2 had no drama whatsoever because Rugzy wasn't involved. Now we would all greatly appreciate it (myself included) if there was no more back and forth novel-like bullshit ramblings from myself or Rugzy. This post (and reading the posts in the link above) should clarify all and any questions that were arised in the midst of brainstorming for rule adjustments. Suggestions on the rules is cool, but as usual, Rugzy has turned it into something else.

Well I think you 2 guys needed this "Vent Session" badly even though this KMBvB Chat was your battle ground (I didn't mind btw). I think you both get too far into this Jsp/D2 shit personally but hey- every man to his own. You both odviously hate each other and I hope now that all this has been said (With no progress at possibly reaching a mutual ground on bitting lip and having fun) I hope you two can enjoy this Mix like other Members of GGBVB/Warriors have even tho you two might square off in a PD or two. You both have your ups/downs but all in all I do enjoy playing/chatting and dueling the both of you so lets keep it clean in Mix 3.

I was not the one starting shit, Rugzy. I responded to your suggestions without bias, and without turning into a Conan vs Rugzy situation. I made valid points (as I always do) regarding your suggestions and the problems that would arrise if all of YOUR rules were implemented. The posts didn't concern me? I am a participant in the next ladder mix, remember this.

Research? It actually wasn't that hard, I clicked a link and wrote down some #'s. You're not one to talk about "research", kidd-o. Did I say I couldn't find the pass to rpk? I said I didn't remember it offhand. How is that hypocritical?

Once again you are desperately reaching, and regardless of anything you say it doesn't change the fact that you blatantly dodged me on multiple occassions and there was many witnesses each time.

The only one who is you. You've spent countless hours tracking my posts, my guild chat, my guild members, saving the posts and sending them to mods desperately trying to get me warned.
