you can't xfer plain stuff
btw on your lvl wells aren't really needed -.- you should well lvl 15+ stuff but after a re-roll or mq .. never try to kill them on your higher lvls without good gear and even with good gear you can die
buy better new stuff for some fg (low lvl equip is damn cheap!!) and grind up till you find better stuff

so i throw all my plain itemz, wait till i'm lvl 15+, find itemz, well them, and re-roll?

you can find lvl 15 items when you are lvl 25 :/ so you have to grind up to at least 25 to find them and than you should go up for about lvl 40 if not even higher, so you can collect some 15+ stuff ..
btw: with 302 fg you should be able to buy stuff and grind up much higher, so it won't be a problem to lvl high but you have to care after your ass if you don't want to lose all your bought items
