In that Case maybe you should at least wait till the 24 Hours is up before you re Challenge
Even if all 3 of remaining Non voters cast their Ballots Rule 1 and 2 Will Pass. And even if all 3 Vote Yes on rule 3 it would be a Tie which wouldnt change Anything
Will be Implementing these new rules starting Sunday. That will not change any challenges Issued before midnight Saturday US Eastern Time
Change 1 48 hours on Rematches Must wait 2 days to rechallenge somebody that just beat you
Change 2.No skipping anybody in top 4 Once you hit #5 you have to duel everybody to get to #1
Change 3 Only one Char per Person on Ladder
Rule 1) 13 Yes 2 No
Rule 2) 14 Yes 1 No
Rule 3) 6. Yes 9 No
Note: rule no 1 doesnt affect the guy that won the Challlenge he can still issue his next challenge at 24 hours.
Its so the the guy he just beat cant rechalenge him at 24 hours and 1 minute and keep him from advancing

Please Make Sure the Person you are Challenging doesnt have a Challenge Pending
1) Allowed to challenge a player up to a maximum of 2 ranks above you
2) Pm the other party about the challenge then post challenge in this topic
3) GM Melee Rules Apply to all Duels
4) Challenge will be First to Six, Win by 2
5) Challenges Involving a Top 3 Spot are best 2-3 Sets
6) No Going to Stash during a Set. If its a Top 3 Challenge you may Change Gear Between Sets
7) If you Issued the Challenge Must wait 24 hours after Completion of 1 Challenge to Issue another Challenge
(so people behind you have a chance to Challenge)
8) If you lose a Challenge wiether you Issued it or not you must wait 24 Hours to Rechallenge the same Person
9) 3-Day Dodge Rule (Afk, No-reply, No-show = Auto-Loss)
10) 2 Consecutive "Dodges" = Removal from Ladder
