well truthfully hes 100% correct joe ok when you make a sig try to make it have flow like you see how on my current the effects go with the angle of her shoulders flow you cant have all the effects just randomly going in all directions if your gonna use a render on a BG like that you should make it to where you cant really tell what the BG is when i use renders and not a stock i always do smudge/brush backgrounds or work with a BG to make it seem if its supposed to be like that on your smudging go slow try one spot if it dont look good redo it but also u can use diff smudge brushes and you can also blot some color with a soft brush in front or behind render and then smudge that also thats how on pieds the white on the bottom was smudged then sharpened then repeat
but your current is prolly your best yet you are getting better joe keep working on it k
on cals see the effects all go in one general direction and on TR3's the effects go with the angle of the subzero render thats the flow
