everyone congratulate Subrosa Pandora on his promotion to Council Member and with this promotion we know have 5 council members and i would like to keep everyone involved so a couple things are changing with the voting system

1st change is that custom ranks can now receive 1-3 points depending on where they would be if they did not have a custom rank like herogg if he was not a custom rank he would be a senator so his custom vote is worth 3 points while if someone new to the guild would only be worth 1 point if this is unclear pm me and i can explain more in depth

2nd change is that now the council is at 5 members so what the deal is here is that all 5 vote and its majority rules so if 3 say yes the requestee thats up for vote would receive 2 points

3rd change is that as of right now 75 percent vote is required to get in so right now there is 33 total points so 24 points is needed so every vote counts

Its just for the council im trying to equal everything out because right now there is no differnce between the council and the generals so im going to try it this way
