killing anyone who gets chant after the duel (chant is a prebuff and should be killed like chill)

ppl running instead of walking shouldn't matter so much. theres no shield so there shouldn't be any difference.
ppl not engaging is sort of a dodge of a ww. so call them out on it. if you need a ref have someone come in.
chant should be removed before next duel. chant is like the chilling armor in IK duels. also, the rules say, no chant, so it should be removed.
