can anyone tell what it is and how to get rid of it??

Did you uninstall all former versions of DII appropiately?

its d2 classic its the first to install and it say it when its 99.9% done

Before trying to install another time, check your computer for old DII files. [use the search & find function]
Make sure you have no old files of previous installed DII Versions.
