If one person is chasing, that person isn't in the wrong, but rather the person who teleports 50 screens away non-stop.

And assassins can wear ONE WISP, no more no less.

Note that any of this is subject to change, depending on what you guys want to do

I would hope then, that the players use their discretion

edit: In order for the 10 second thing to apply, someone has to teleport about 3 or 4 screens away to disappear off the map in a straight direction and stay there. That's some seriously evasive play, and you never see it unless dueling dedicatedsin LOL

Mmmk. Well, I think it should be a rule that switching to CTA during a duel for it's replenish life gains is not allowed.

it would count as having a life rep item equipped when it's out during the duel

Just make sure you don't go over 40, or off your opponent's screen.

This should be laid back, guys, we're not going to be serious hardasses about it (I've gotten a lot of pms about rules).

Basically, be gm towards your guildies, and don't be a dick (this isn't a pub lol)
