Yea I was top in my class on bars and balance I destroyed my knee dirt biking I have a fake knee cap
my legs completely fine I still board / ski / dirt bike but to land I can't put extreme pressure on it so I can only roll land if jumping off high things.. and I can't bend it certain ways it just doesn't bend like "hackie sacking" I can't with my left leg at all it just doesn't bend up that way LOL
Trampoline is fine and stuff but hard ground owns my knee
