each time he buy sum shit he pm ppl like 2-3 days after, saying they poof'd
then 1-2week after u see the exact item in one of his trade list

Yeah I never liked that guy. Harvey is offering me 1.2k....I don't get why he doesn't just give up the 1.8. I mean This kind of thing is hard to prove but if he willing to give 1.2 he must belive me. Idk.
