I had an essay typed out before that topic closed but I figured someone that actually thinks the government is trying to plant chips in our brain is beyond hopeless. I couldn't have a serious discussion with him regarding life on other planets, every fucking thing he says has undertones of sever mental health issues and paranoia.

I just don't understand how someone can think that the next logical step up from tracking chips in passports would be mind control chips in our brains.. What actually goes on in his head to make that connection? I hope for his sake that he seeks some kind of mental help.
