Yeah, they lady that came out couldn't tell me a section to look up. Then when my dad got in contact with her superior he said you can work on your car, but only minor stuff. So my dad looked up other county's codes and they have minor and major outlined in black and white. But San Diego doesn't have it specified at all. And my dad responded with that. The guy at the city e-mailed back that NO automotive work is allowed. He said one thing we questioned it and he came back saying another thing. Its complete bullshit imo.
