Ooo good to know. I love doing automotive type work. I always work on my truck(any every1 elses) myself vs taking it in to a shop. You saw the 49 Chevy panel i was working on? Pictures are in my profile. I had to stop working on it because the city of San Diego came out and told me its illegal for me to work on my own car in my own driveway. My dad and I researched the city code and zoning laws, Its complete bullshit. The court date is next month, we are suing the city of San Diego for $30k. The lawyer seems confidant, and so am I, that we will win the case. Saying you cant work on your car because the house is not zoned for commercial automotive work is like saying you cant grow tomatoes in the backyard because you're not zoned for agricultural business.

LOL yea they cant stop u from working on your car. but there might be some off ball city codein sayin u can only work on it in your garage. im not too filmilar with sd's coding. but sf and most of the bay area have some off wall code that dont make sence. reason behind this. the city allowances were figured out way before the automotive boom. thus we get some codes that fully dont make sense.maybe at a different time or era they might have made sence. so its really up to the city to see if they honor them. neways tho gl and sue em for more cause that code makes no sense.

my wife was fired two weeks after informing her employer that she was having a high risk pregnancy they fired her for some bogus hearsay thing and we lost all our benefits and had to go on medicaid and wic just to survive and she couldnt get the medical treatment she needed for two monthes
