ok i am blocking on the name, but it was the first web browser.  the guy that made it pretty much invented html.
microsoft immediately saw the money in that and immediately incorporated IE into windows.  he filed suit, so did the governemtn for antitrust law violations.  i dont remember how microsoft got out of it. i remember in the hearings that ms said they couldnt remove the browser without downing the os.

yeah they just like went in and arbitrarily deleted the shit, and they made sure that there were enough shared dlls that it crashed the os. it was scandelous
