Perhaps if given enough time evolution will take care of it.

It did not immediately stop racism no but think about the next generations of humans after that, they would be left in the wake of peace, they would not be brought up in a world fueled by war and hatred, they would have a different mentality than the current generation.

War is basically doing the same Ppl die to create peace

I'm not talking about the movie anymore dude. Yes peace was made out of war in Watchmen, but there are other ways it could happen.
People think it is in human nature to fight eachother, to wage war.. I think it's simply in human nature to fight. We could fight something else..

A new problem can always arise given the circumstances but I think after years of peace the people won't even be capable of these ignorant thoughts of hatred towards eachother over simple things like skin colour.
