Syndicate has been growing and making a significant presence on JSP
Our leaders are easily recognized in the JSP community (Ladder Slasher, D2) and joining one of the oldest guilds on JSP is appealing 
I do however think we have made a significant push and have earned a noteworthy reputation for being fair, thoughtful and mannered members of the community.

If we merge with Kingdom --- one of the oldest and honorable guilds --- it will be because we are strong and looking to marry into the royal family let's say --- though being the leader of the underground Syndicate movement is sexy all by itself
Yes Syndicate has made a strong presence on d2jsp, and we will be the most powerful alliance ever done on d2jsp.
Integrity will come with the boldness to make this drastic change, and merger.
All this will be is a name change, and addition to even more powerful respected members of the community.
We will be known on West, East, and Ladder Slasher as very respectful, and curtious as always.
Being part of the Good Guys Alliance is also a major step in joining kingdom, and makes us allies to Empire. (With ventrilo perks.)
So in my eyes, It's time to join the Royal Family once again, and bring my brothers with me
