its quite a bit of fun, its pretty much a village of locals that put shantys all over the lake, sit in them and get drunk/play cards/grill out/party/ofc fish aswell lol.
and theres quite a rivarly amoung the dif shores of the lake, as on my lake the cecil folk (east side) are mostly panfisherman and have a very tight village, they dont like new comers very much
then u have the west shore folk (where i fish, even though on live on the south shore) tend to be the bigger drunks imo, mostly fish for northerns
bamboo crowd (south shore) bunch of drunks, dont catch any fish lolz
county park crowd (north shore) they do fair on northern, lots of crappies, havent had much interaction with these folk
and then theres the nomads, wander around with small shacks normaly pan fishing, will move 5-10 times a day early season
the noobs, these ppl dont know dick about ice fishing and like to pull right up next to you and fish right on ur spot, normaly cussing/yelling/driving around them wildly(and very close) will get rid of these losers
and then the walleye fisher, can be found on any shore, have mapped out their spot for months, very seirous fisherman, but also drunks (found only at night)
