as for purp... if u dont know purple effect most times from it growing in a cold climate. low 60's-high 40's, now some strians like GDP are always purp or should be but even then some buds are still purly green.
As for green crack.. its one of my fav's, the clubs keep it in most times. :P, somthing like Kens GDP, witch ken is a famous pot grower from southern cali ( i dont know 100% details on him) and sposly his pot is hard to get and crazy good.. idk about ahrd to get but i can vouch its killer dankness.
