theres lots of herbs that are legalised.. parsley, tarragon, mint, basil.. etc... weed is really far from a herb... it IS a drug

even though they are both legally labeled drugs, alcohol users are never labeled drug users

unfortunately people still like to call potheads drug users, but that view needs to be changed imo
