OK Everyone Has good Points the 3rd party thing is a good way to check gear Befor a Match (Dont think we need to do it) Mr. Bill is right about Stashn' in the middle of a ft7.

But all of this Input is good we got a week befor mix3 starts and Im sure all the bugs will get worked out befor then

Yeah, it's good to get as many people's input as possible to try to accomodate everybody, rather than just a few. (or one in this case)

I know Bill is right about the agreeing to stashing, but not a single person ever had a problem with it in the last 2 mixes that I'm aware of. I just always ask that you don't bo before going to your stash, and if you happened to be bo'd when stashing that you're killed before the duels resume. Which worked out well every single time it happened and nobody complained once.

Gear check when requested before a match should be accomodated.

Plus I do not ask everyone. Just a few and once they prove to be GM I don't even go as far as checking Charms once I see the gears.

For all I know someone could be using 3 wc ammy in a small charm slot to gain a little advantage. Not that it will change anything... ;)

Anyway, gear checks have always been part of gm bvb. here should be no offense taken. I have asked Tony to check his gear when all of a sudden he came up from 6-0 ... and closed it after changing some stuff from stash. Just lik Tony did it to others, it is not about not being Gm but any GM player would not have an issue showing gears.

Gears and charms only make up 50% IMO. It is build and timing and ww technique. But again that's just my opinion.

and gear checks would be quick if people who just quicklyshow gears. but some people want to make it diffulcult. And no it is not like a play book. Nothing you ahve means shit to me nor any GM bvb's. It is just a matter of inspecting your legitness.

Period end of discussion.

sorry you dont have the authority to end a discussion :)

the only way ill show gear to anyone on a duel is to show it to a 3rd party. we dont even ask this in zeal there is a ref for every match. it's the best way to make sure no one is getting the upper hand.

My "GM" or "legitness" is not in question whatsoever.

Everybody knows that gear only makes up for a portion of the duels, we have been saying it time and time again, however, looking at your opponent's gear is EXACTLY like looking at a playbook. Your gear and charms are the bvb equivalent to playbooks.

I have no problem showing my gears to a neutral third party or ref, it's something we do every single tourney with zeal. The problem is showing the gears to my opponent before we duel. You continuously fail to realize this, and if you request to see my gears there will be a ref who checks BOTH of our gears.

Period.

This is exactly my point. They'll counter build accordingly.

Another thing I forgot to touch on from Rugzy's post is that he said "gear checks have always been part of gm bvb, there should be no offense taken". However, he goes on to say that he's checking my "legitness" and only checks certain individuals.

"GM" bvb means you are good mannered. Inspecting somebody's "legitness" after they've already been through a gear check in order to participate is implying that they are cheating, and is insulting in a sense. It is also not "gm" of you to insinuate such things. Every single one of your members that participated in the last two mixes will tell you that I'm GM and that I'm legit. You know this your damn self, Rugzy, yet you are trying to be difficult and you are trying to create rules as you see fit. You forget that you have no authority or say-so over what goes on in this mix, and were on the verge of being removed from the last mix you participated in before you dropped out.

You just need to realize that everybody participating (besides yourself) is "GM" and we all have fun. You must also realize that if you request a gear check it will not be done your way, it will be done with a neutral ref. Tony has already explained this to you. I would suggest that you just stop tryin to control things, quit causing problems (the mix hasn't even started yet), and just sit back and try to enjoy the ladder when the time comes.

I have no idea what this kid is stating here with this statement.

Where do I state anything in my reply about not using 3rd party?

Again .. can't read

End of discussion is here as there is nothing more to be said

Wow this is the stupidest shit I have ever heard. Like someone is going to make a "Counter" barb or redo gears? Like I got time? and it makes real differance for any of you dueling me??? I never changed my charms or my gears no matter what anyone is using. I think the entire BVB community knows that.

And yes GM BVB means you are good mannered... which is why I need to check this kids gear...

ROFL

So what is this nonsense about not showing because it is like showing some play book?

This is what you get from amatures who really do not know shit about BVB... ROFL

Praying and hoping to win a few from good connection is all they can do.

Nope

Not true.

Again not knowing what you are talking about.

tony can attest that he changed charms multiple times... did it change the outcome of our duels? I think not.

Not in the long run.

if you have a truely GM GGBVB build you don't need to change a damn thing.

I have yet to ever change charms or gears durng any duel.

Again failed at this logic
